No. VUNO does not deal in direct-to-customer retail orders. We strictly cater to bulk/wholesale inquiries only.

3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category. In general, the minimum order is 50–100 pieces per style or size. For customized MOQ, please get in touch with our team.

4. How do I get the wholesale price list?

Send us your business details (like GST Number, Store Name, Location) via email or WhatsApp. Once verified, we will share our latest catalog and price list.

6. What are the payment terms?

We require 100% advance payment for all wholesale orders. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed modes.

7. Do you ship pan-India?

Yes. We ship across India via reliable logistics partners. Shipping charges may vary based on location and order volume.

8. Do you accept international wholesale orders?

At the moment, we are focused on Indian wholesale buyers. For export inquiries, please contact us separately.

9. Can I visit your warehouse or office?

Yes, showroom/warehouse visits are possible by appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit.
